The therapeutic and preventive effect is achieved through the consistent effects of warm steam, infrared radiation, vibration and water jets.

In our SPA capsule, these functions are combined in the form of 9 programs.

The programs vary in duration, temperature of exposure to steam and infrared heat, Vichy shower, amplitude of intensity of the massage vibration table, and the way these functions alternate. Thus, short-term exposure (3-5 minutes) to a vertical shower from multidirectional nozzles has an invigorating effect, and a longer one (5-10 minutes) promotes relaxation. Adjusting the vibration frequency ensures the transmission of delicate or deeper waves, which is taken into account in wellness programs.

In some diseases, there are restrictions on certain effects in the SPA capsule. So, in the presence of a sinus rhythm driver, urolithiasis and cholelithiasis, you should not do vibration massage. An infrared sauna is not prescribed if there are metal spokes, pins, artificial joints, silicone implants. In addition, the list of general contraindications for physiotherapy is taken into account.
